State Veterans Home Inspection Program

Red Chair Solutions, with its partner Four Points Technology, developed the SVH Field Level User Tool as a project for the United States Department of Veterans Affairs. The software, designed, developed, deployed and supported by Red Chair Solutions, is used by survey teams from the VA's Office of Geriatrics and Extended Care. The software is used to help in the process of inspecting facilities that house retired and disabled US military veterans and their spouses. With RCS' software, the Depart of Veterans Affairs is able to more quickly and accurately complete each State Veterans Home inspection and the data from each survey is immediately accessible for reporting purposes. This customized solutions allows the DVA to better monitor the facilities and care provided to our aging and disabled Veteran population.
